HOA Dues - Payment Info

Monthly Assessments are due on the 1st of each month, homeowners do not need a coupon to pay their HOA Dues.


The below are the different options offered to pay. It is the owners responsibility to make sure the HOA property dues are paid on time. 



1st Option, Recommended:


  1. Pay BillPay, most banks offer automatic bill-pay services. Homeowner, may setup payment to be send to the Associations bank account -  Individual Account Number for ICW Property must be included, which can be requested at [email protected] or [email protected]  

    To set up a new on-line bill payment directly with your bank, access your personal account online and follow instructions (your bank’s customer service hotline can provide assistance). Include your coupon account / unit number, and lock box mailing address (P.O. BOX 366249 Bonita Springs, 34136) - Please make check payable to your Island Club West NOT Synovus.

  2. Send a physical check with the ICW individual account number, and unit number written on the note section of the check. Check should be sent to the Associations Bank Account, address listed below.

  3. Pay Online via the Bank's website - Here, ICW Due Payments  below use the following:

    Account # - Your ICW Individual Property Account Number. Provided by: [email protected] or [email protected]

     convenience fee may apply. **
